Create ,Update contents for a website

Dear all, I require someone who would work on a daily basis on a website. The person need to create and update website content. The topic would be provided by me. Also i would provide the source from where you can search more on the topic and then write about it. This is not an article writing project. Basically you require to upload the images and write a bit about the topics. NOTE: This is a monthly job for 4 hrs daily and i would pay 100$ at the start for few months.
