Hardware Requirements The hardware card to be designed is an embedded system for industrial control applications. System will be used to control, configure and track the status of electric motors. The system will be ARM Cortex M0 based. Microcontroller is ST Cortex M0 STM32F072VBT6. Microcontroller will read data from input devices and sensors and drive relays. System will support 128x64 graphic LCD screen. LCD screen is Topway LM6063ACW-2. System will have 3 PCBs main PCB, PCB for LCD and buttons and PCB for AC DC voltage conversion and current transformers. Supply voltage of hardware card will be 24 V DC. TI Simple Switcher converters may be used for DC voltage conversion. System will read input from 24 V digital ports. System will have 13 digital input ports. Input data will be reported to microcontroller through ports. 24 V supply voltage will be converted from 220 V AC with transformer. Transformer is EI42/14.8 5 VA or EI42/20 8 VA. The system will have 24 V digital output ports to drive relays. System will have 6 digital output ports. Digital output ports will be operated by microcontroller. Lite-On LTV-356T optocoupler may be used for digital input and digital output. System will support 6 24 V coil voltage 250 V AC 10 A relays. Panasonic ALQ324 may be used as reference. Relays may be controlled with TPL7407 transistor array. Motors will operate with 3 phase 380 V. System will be able to measure phase voltages, phase currents and determine whether phase order is wrong and report to microcontroller through ports. Measurement accuracy is 1%. Current transformer will be used for phase current measurement. Two phases will be measured for each of 4 motors. 8 Electrohms CT1176 current transformers will be used. 5 switch floaters will be connected to system. Input data will be reported to microcontroller through ports. 3 water level electrodes will be connected to system. If resistance between first and second electrode is lower than 25 K it will be reported to microcontroller through ports. If resistance between first and third electrode is lower than 25 K it will be reported to microcontroller through ports. 3 PTC thermistors will be connected to system. If resistance of PTC thermistor is higher than 1 K it will be reported to microcontroller through ports. The system will have 1 industrial 4-20 mA analog input. Input data will be reported to microcontroller through ports. 3 sensors with ground input will be connected to system. Input data will be reported to microcontroller through ports. Hardware card will have 15 6 mm tactile switches to control card operation and menu navigation. Button data will be reported to microcontroller through ports. Hardware card will have 2 status leds. Leds will be controlled by microcontroller. Leds are white 1206. Buzzer will be included in the system. The system will have EEPROM for non volatile storage to save configuration data and logs. Microchip 24LC256 may be used for EEPROM. The system will have USB port to transfer configuration data and logs. Real time clock feature will be provided. TI LM358 may be used as general purpose op amp. System will achieve EMC compliance. System will be designed with Altium. Software will be developed with Keil. Software to read and write digital input and output ports, analog input port, graphic LCD, buttons, leds, EEPROM and USB port will be included. Functions and parameters will be documented. Detailed design documentation will be provided.

There is no problem with your design You can contact me by skype or I can work directly in your office through Teamviewer you install an empty machine and I install all the necessary programs I can also give you access to a dropbox so you have access to programs and data. working for design pcb with Altium 17, send full proyect included 3D model, for design software working with keil , iar,Atollic or any other ARM compiler , full expertice in ST microcontroller.
