3D Drawing/rendering of my kitchen

Hello 3D artists, I need a 3D rendering of my kitchen for the purpose of viewing "what-if" changes and to present the drawing to my contractor. Requirements: - Precise/accuracy based on measurements, rough drawing, and photographs that I will provide. > The measurements must be accurate and to scale. > Appliances and colors should be reasonably accurate in style. - Include rendering of appliances (espresso machine, etc.), countertop, cabinets, etc. - Must be created using a free 3D rendering application (e.g. Blender, FreeCAD, etc.) - please indicate in your bid. - The final product must be editable by me to make my own modifications. - Must be viewable in both 2D and 3D. - Must be rotatable, change the viewing angle, walk-through Summary of drawing components: The drawing will include (all interchangeable and movable components): - Floor tiles (w/reasonably accurate rendering of style/color) - Cabinets (w/reasonably accurate rendering of style/color) - Countertop in 2 sections (w/reasonably accurate rendering of style/color) - Ceiling and lighting (w/reasonably accurate rendering of lighting) Approximate volume of the kitchen (I haven't measured yet): 609 cubic feet or 17 cubic meters (a small kitchen). Timeline: No rush. The work should be completed within 60 days. Milestones: Payment 1 (1/3 the bid) - Initial drawing files (accurate outlines of the entire kitchen) Payment 2 (1/3 the bid) - Fully realized kitchen drawing Payment 3 (1/3 the bid) - Appliances, shading (including lighting), final 2D/3D drawing Additional work (beyond what is described here) shall be negotiated at extra cost. Note: I shall only respond to bids that make it clear that they understand the scope of the project, indicate the 3D modeling application they will use, and agree to the payment milestones.
