Creation of a 3D Model for WebGL Page

We would like to commission someone to create a 3D model of the Funkhaus building located at Masurenallee, Berlin. We kindly request a detailed and clear breakdown of the offer for this project, as it will be used on a WebGL page. The model should feature simple textures with baked shadows. As the building will be embedded on a website, it should have minimal geometry. The windows of the building should be created as textures only, while the facade should have slightly more detail using simple shapes. We only require two rooms to be furnished: the recording room (a small space with a few reduced forms) and the concert hall. Additionally, please provide optional quotes for modeling the atrium and instrument storage room. Detailed descriptions of all the rooms can be found in the attached PDF. The style of the model should be kept highly reduced. Materials in grayscale should be applied, and the texture should consider the lighting conditions. Given that we aim to embed the model on a webpage, it is crucial to keep the file size as small as possible. This can be achieved through reduced geometry and simple grayscale textures. In addition to the FBX file, we also require the Blender file. We would like to have the model completed within 3 weeks. Please take this timeframe into consideration when preparing your proposal. This project requires a 3D modeler with strong graphic design capabilities who has a comprehensive understanding of 3D architecture and webGL technology.
