Update mysql text file jobs

Hi, i have been trying to update nextcloud to the latest version but was not able to. Im running it on Portainer with Docker but i dont know how to do it. We do have some customizations for logo. Also all files needs to stay on the server so we dont lose it. Require someone with experience to be able to show me how to do the update.
