We need to setup some sample codes / files so that the device will work error free in Ubuntu using Mono to communicate and set up singals to trigger the lights and sounds of the open architecture LED Signal Tower hardware. Currently the team is facing an error message when trying to communicate to the device - error message attached. Any advise solution, re-building of file to fix the issues to have a the hardware communicating properly is the solution we seek.

I have a VB6 DLL which utilizes the VbAsyncSocket project (). The DLL works perfectly for the most part until I enable a certain feature of the application which calls the DLL. Once this feature is enabled (a dual monitor feature) the programs throws an APPCRASH on exit. See attached two pictures of the APPCRASH message. I'm thinking that the issue has to do with the helper window self-subclassing but I'm not certain. Other than this APPCRASH the DLL performs all functions perfectly.
