I would like to be able to talk and change my facial expressions etc and I want the video experience to be smooth and life-like. I would need it delivered within a week. I don't mind paying a fair wage for this but I want us to be reasonable. I am doing this as a joke and then maybe my kids will get some fun with it. I am flexible but was hoping to get this completed for $250.00 or so. I am much more comfortable with Windows but if it simply won't work...
