Magento to Amazon product Integration. Need a skilled programmer!

We have a Magento e-commerce website; and we would like to hire a programmer/team to do a full integration of our products to Amazon. We need the ability to have products (that we select) to be pushed up to Amazon- and all sales, cancellations, refunds, and inventory count be sent back to our Admin page of Magento. A lot of our products have modifiers (length, color, etc.) and are priced at different levels depending upon the modifiers. Most of the products were created as "Simple Products" and for Amazon we know they will probably need to be converted to "Configurable Product." There was a programmer we hired last year to write us the interface (from scratch), but he quit the project as his life took a bad turn. He left us the instructions on where he left off at- and said he was close. So we don't know if it would be best to have someone look at what he did and see if it makes sense to complete the task- or just start all over with giving us the Integration to Amazon. Only respond to this posting if you have a STRONG understanding of Magento, Amazon, and coding. We don't want to waste your time or ours.
