I am Shijo V Jose; a Linux server administrator having more than two years of experience. During my career as a server administrator I've worked in a hosting support company and hence I've worked with a number of hosting companies to provide support to their respective customers. I have better and keen experience in shared hosting, VPS hosting and dedicated hosting environments. Among the popular control panels, I have my expertise in cPanel and Plesk. To be a successful server administrator I believe both technical and customer handling skills is mandatory and I assure you both of these. And time zone is not a problem for a hard-working admin like me. During my present profile I face different kinds of issues and this makes me more powerful and experienced.

I run all of my web servers on AWS. My personal choice is for Ubuntu with Apache 2.2, MySQL 5.5 and PHP 5.5 but I'm open to other options. Depending on what you are running it may be better to use PHP 5.4 or 5.3. Some older code has issues with newer versions of PHP. It would probably take a few hours to set this up and get everything working. I have 15+ years experience with PHP, MySQL, CSS and Javascript. I also have 20+ years experience managing Linux and Windows servers. Been using AWS since the service launched. Thanks, -Dave
