I've been developing software professionally since 1984. And I have a Masters Degree in Computer Science. I will need to know more about your project, though, before I can commit to the price and time I've bid. For instance, are there decisions the software I write will have to make, to decide what, exactly, will be printed in each field of Excel template? Writing a script to perform a simple retrieval from an SQL table and print it to a Excel template is a bit different from a writing a program that needs to decide what records should be printed or that has to compute various values to print based on database column values.
