Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily schedules involving various therapy sessions, including Gestalt Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Music Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Sound Therapy, Reiki Practice, Animal Therapy, Nutritionist Services, and sessions with Autism Specialists. Actively communicate with therapists and specialists to ensure they are delivering the best possible care and meeting all set goals and objectives. Manage reports and advice and opinions from top doctors around the world. Research and source opinions and advice from leading experts in autism care to continuously enhance treatment strategies. Ensure that all stakeholders, including therapists and medical professionals, are aligned with the family’s goals and are providing regular updates on progress and development. Manage and monitor the achievement of specific care and development targets, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. Keep the parents fully informed on all aspects of the care plan, including therapist and doctor performance and any significant opportunities for enhancing care. Advocate for the child’s needs and ensure that all aspects of his care are effectively addressed and continuously improved. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong background in healthcare management, particularly in coordinating care for children with special needs such as autism. Or a strong VA background with various relevant skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience working with a variety of healthcare professionals and therapists, and understanding of the specific therapies listed. Proficient in digital tools for scheduling, data management, and communication. Demonstrated ability to research and apply the latest findings in autism care and therapy.
