Multifaceted Insurance Sales and Lead Generation

We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to promote and sell IUL and insurance products. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, contacting customers, setting up appointments, and following up to ensure sales conversions. The ideal candidate should be familiar with IUL and insurance products, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. Training is provided.
 We are looking for someone that holds a valid state issued life insurance license or is willing to get a license in any state in America. To become a license agent you will have to be 18 years and up, hold a government issued ID in America, pass a background test, have a social security card, take the state exam and get a passing score, and take finger prints. A passing score in most states 70%. We have a self-paced pre-licensing course to study for the exam. Average study time is 7 days. Once they receive your license, (OJT) on the job training is provided. This is a work form home position. All clients interaction will be over the phone, on zoom calls, and your method of advertising. You will be paid for results and set your own hours.

. #1 Customer Acquisition Specialist. 
This position with require you to generate your own leads for customers looking for Financial Services such as: - IUL - Tax-Advantage, Wealth Accumulation Strategies - Infinite Banking and Family Banks - College Planning - Life insurance and Living Benefits - Estate and Legacy Planning - Business Owner Strategies - Asset Protection - Tax Free Solutions - Life Insurance You will screen them to fit our client profile: Married, Age 25 and over, has Children, has a job, income over $50,000 thousand yearly. 
The person I hire will be generating and verifying the quality of their own leads by contacting the customer by calling or messaging them to scheduling a zoom call using Calendly. 
The states will depending on the states you hold an active license in. (I will help you get your Non-Residence license in the states you get clients)

 #2 Agent Acquisition Specialist. 
I am looking for someone to scout for people looking for jobs that allows them to excel in the company quickly. I am looking to hire 10 more agents just like you. Or agents with potential in any state (CLOSERS). This position with require you to generate your own leads for potential life insurance agents screen them for the criteria listed above, and book the potential agent on a zoom call with me or one of my staff using Calendly.
 Please note that these agents will not be your competition. Agents in our company work together as a team and support each other. 

For this job, Customer Acquisition is mandatory. Agent Acquisition is optional. All contracts go thru 3 phases. Phase 1 - Submission of completed contract for approval. Phase 2 - Approved by the insurance company. Phase 3 Contract signed by the customer. You will receive $200 when your third contract is signed by the customer. $100 bonus if your third signed contract is submitted within one week of receiving your license. Plus 30% commission on all the contract customers sign. You will have a trainer with you for the first 10 calls you complete.
