This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Work Arrangement and Expectations: - Hourly Rate: We are looking for a competive hourly rate. Please indicate your hourly rate expectations in your application. - Work Hours: Flexibility in the number of hours you can commit per day, with a minimum expectation of 2 hours between 9 AM to 3 PM Australian time. Please note, we require that work is performed during these hours to align with our team’s operations. - Direct Collaboration: We are specifically looking for individual freelancers who can work directly with our team without intermediaries. Large companies or groups need not apply. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and refine visual designs in WordPress, ensuring all visual elements are responsive and optimised for various devices. - Work extensively with WordPress, particularly with the BeTheme, to customise and enhance our website's functionality. - Manage CSS customisations and adjustments to ensure high-quality visual performance. Collaborate on the integration of various plugins and ensure compatibility and functionality across the platform. - Develop and modify WordPress child themes and work with the Revolution Slider to enhance user interaction. - Maintain and enhance login form integrations and functionalities. - Provide ongoing suggestions on ways to improve our website. Essential Skills and Qualifications: - At least 10 years of experience in website design and development with a strong portfolio to demonstrate expertise in WordPress and responsive design. - Proven expertise with WordPress and familiarity with BeTheme. - Highly proficient in CSS, with a keen eye for detail in visual design. - Experience managing WordPress child themes and working with the Revolution Slider. - Capability to integrate and manage multiple plugins ensuring seamless functionality. - Previous experience with Zoho integrations and contact forms is highly desirable. - Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
