I am looking for a web developer to create a web stack/platform for a set of forums designed for teaching. The ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Experience with forum plugins on platforms such as WordPress - Knowledge of payment gateway integration and e-commerce integration - Proficiency in Python, PHP, and JavaScript - Strong understanding of user registration and authentication - Ability to implement threaded discussions and content moderation functionality DESCRIPTION OF FINAL PRODUCT - The final/last unit of the stack is the forum post, which is about a very specific topic; The topic relies on uploaded pdf or specific webpages that are annotated online using [login to view URL] - The topics are part of a thematic forum - Users should be able to subscribe to one or more forums based on payment; Some forums may be free/sample - SSO with a [login to view URL] account would be excellent to have - Subscriptions should be annual and paid through a payment gateway (subscription to one forum is one product in e-commerce plugin) - The entire stack will be hosted on a sub-domain of my existing domain ------- The project requires the following: - Integration of a forum plugin on a chosen platform (e.g., WordPress) - Implementation of a payment gateway for seamless transactions - Customization of the forum design and functionality to meet specific requirements - User registration and authentication functionality to ensure secure access - Threaded discussions to enable organized and interactive conversations - Content moderation features to maintain a safe and engaging environment If you have experience with developing forums, integrating payment gateways, and have a strong understanding of user authentication and moderation features, I would love to discuss this project further with you.
