Build/Modify a form that queries a db and has a series of form validations

I have a form in place (see attachment) that is currently functioning and I need the following features added to it: 1. Calendar .ics link field must have form validation that requires ".ics" somewhere in the URL and display message if incorrect. 2. Have the new form (see attachment) fields function 3. Have the preview button open a fancybox (currently installed) and point to a specific URL to the calendar created from form. 4. have the form validation only allow proper colour codes for the fields that require a color 5. Add the JSCOLOR picker script to the site so that when the user clicks on a color field, it opens a color selector box. 6. For calendar "number of columns" and "number of rows" dropdown menus, only allow for no more then a total of 36 calendars to appear (ie: 6 rows by 6 columns = 36. 4 rows by 8 columns = 32 << these are both allowed. 6 rows by 8 columns = 48 << this would not be allowed to be chosen. 8. when user clicks "get the code" have the direct link to their calendar hosted on our website display the correct URL (taken from database) 9. If the URL inserted for the calendar ICS link field already exists in the DB, do not create a new entry in the database, display the calendarID already associated to that ics URL in the widget code and direct link 10. append to the widget code all the new fields that are being added with this upgraded form. The new fields are: &col= &row= size= lang= bg= dfc= border= hbg= hfc= abg= afc= ubg= ufc= Other programming: 1. build a dynamic php page that displays the calendar using the information in the URL. example: [login to view URL] 2. modify the fancybox code so that the fancybox opens up and does not get hidden underneath the navigation menu (see attachment) -------------------- The next phase of this project will be to modify/build the css and script of the calendar to reflect the customizations sent in the URL. This will be a separate project.
