Development of Prefessional Wordpress Theme

I need a professional wordpress theme developed for a massage website. Requirements… 1. A three column theme. 2. The structure of the theme needs to be similar to <[login to view URL]> but with three columns. The colors I wish to use are the same as is on this site <[login to view URL]>, light blue, pink, reds, etc. 3. As you can see there will be two main top images that will need to be developed. 4. The top image will need to incorporate a logo and text which I will supply and maybe an image but we will work this out as the design comes along. 5. The second image will need to incorporate text which I will supply and we will have to try a few images as well. The text will probably go on the right hand side of the image. 6. Unlike <[login to view URL]>, the second images height will be less so that the sales copy of the page is higher. 7. The theme must have separate pages for “single post?? and “page??. 8. The theme must be widget enabled. There will in all probability be a few moderations and adjustments needed to get the theme and images exactly how we want it so please allow for this in your pricing. I am looking for bids in between $80 and $180 but quality of the theme and good communication during the job is essential. Please give samples of previous work when you bid.
