Re-design a Website

Looking for a rich but user friendly UI for the site: [login to view URL] Current site is developed in PHP, MySQL, Jquery, HTML. Apart from following reqmts, I am open for suggestions in terms of design. 1. Need access to all the code. 2. Will need help in changing this on my local environment. 3. Apart from current links/pages that you see, I need a few additional pages. 4. The look and feel of all the existing and new pages should be enhanced. 5. There should be following additional pages and placeholders for 3 more pages. 6. The links to all these pages should be displayed in the header. Additional Pages and links: 1. Training Events: Leadership, Technology, Process, Personal Finance, Stock Market, Other 2. Cultural Events 3. Charity 5. Other Events 4. Venues 7. First filter should be on City 8. There should be a search box and button to search events / venues (if visitor is on Venues page) from a particular City. 9. The current logo also should be changes (Text Only) to suit the new design Would like to see the design and if selected make the payment. There could be future opportunities to work together on other projects
