Hello. Multiplayer game can be implemented using GameCenter API (iOS only). Its is good enough for both real-time and turn-based games. And for most cases you don't need own server. My bid is for working multiplayer game prototype with some simple multiplayer gameplay for your choice (click-race, some risk-like game, etc.) For make real quote I need more details about required game play.
