Need Leads for companies that wants bigger internet presence

Hi, I am an Internet Marketer and Consultant that need leads from companies that want a bigger precense on the internet and wants to pay someone to help them with this... I do not want just email adresses from a companies. I want an email adresses from a companies that has told you they need the service I am offering. I also want the phonenumber and contact person, And when I send an email to these adresses I want a reply, these leads should be leads that are very likely to buy the service I am offering.
