We have writen a simple java springboot application that connects to a server via websockets, fetches some files and sends to the printer. The jar file is 50MB. If we package the JRE as well it is 120 MB Does anyone have experience how to reduce the size of the executable for windows? Yes, we would like to have a zip file that i can unzip and a customer can run the application just by double clicking without need to download anything like jdk / jre. We would like understand the process of how this is done so that we can do in the future
