I have extensive voice over and production experience. I also have superior research, writing and organization skills. I am a graduate of the Tennessee Institute of Broadcasting, The Defense Information School. My experience narration, voice over and broadcast experience spans more than 35 years. As a Non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, I worked as a broadcast journalist. My assignments, responsibilities and duties were multi-faceted. As a journalist I worked in military broadcast facilities and networks in Europe, Turkey and Public Affairs offices in the United States. My main duties were to gather news about people, places and activities and communicate it to the military and civilian communities through radio, television, military publications and hometown newspapers. I served as a reporter and news paper editor, and often worked with civilian reporters and photographers. I won several major broadcast awards to include; The Department of Defense Thomas Jefferson Award, The prestigious Department of Defense “Keith L. Ware Award,” and (2) Forces Command Fourth Estate Awards for broadcast and military Journalism.
