FM BROADBAND ANALOGUE FM VIDEO STEREO AUDIO DEMODULATOR IF VHF 15 to 75 MHZ We are looking for an experienced engineer or Video/Audio specialist to design of a custom simple FM video and stereo audio demodulator which has no frequency drift and with components easily available. The demodulated carrier can be between 15 to 75 MHz. Please consider it is not an amplitude modulated AM video carrier as used in analogue terrestrial transmissions it is like anlogue freqeuncy modulated FM satelllite TV but the IF frequency is at low frequencies like CH1 or CH2. A small pcb board must be designed with low frequency IF input and video and stereo audio output. The board shall be able to demodulate FM modulated PAL and NTSC video carriers. The demodulated audio and video FBAS shall be in D1 good quality wiht correct video sync. Functional blocks a) VHF IF low noise amplifier (15 to 75 MHz depending on design) b) Bandpass filter (21 to 27 MHz depending on deviation) c) FM Video demodulator with AGC and AFC output (automatic gain & automatic frequency control) d) FM Stereo audio demodulator PLL with bandpass filter ( 6.0MHz, 6.5 MHz for example) e) PAL and NTSC deemphasis switchable f) High quality video amplifier for 1Vss e) High quality stereo audio amplifier All components shall be in SMD, we can manufacture the pcb if a DSP or FPGA is used 2 pcs preprogrammed units have to be sent for testing. The hardware design and the software of the uPC must be fully documented. The design needs to meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements.
