Detailed:
1. *Structure the page into three main columns*. The first column is for pre-visit damage, showing five car images. The second column is for customer information, and the third column is for the checklist status.
2. *Pre-visit Damage*: There will be five default car images representing different views. These should be able to be dynamically replaced with actual images if there are dents or scratches.
3. *Company Logo and Customer Information*: At the top, include a placeholder for the company logo and name. Below this, create input fields for the customer's details, such as name, phone, email, car year, make, model, and mileage.
4. *Status Indicators*: Make a div for each checklist item with three child divs inside, representing the colors red, yellow, and green. These will show the status of each item.
5. *Checklist Sections*: For brakes, tires, fluid levels, etc., set up a layout that matches the provided image, with spaces for labels and status colors.
6. *CSS Classes for Status Colors*: Define CSS classes .status-red, .status-yellow, .status-green to style the status indicators' background color.
7. *Responsiveness*: Ensure the layout is responsive and looks good on different screen sizes.
8. *Static Images*: The central images in the checklist boxes will be static and provided for use in the relevant sections.
Each status indicator's div should have the ability to display one of the three colors to indicate the current status. The layout should closely follow the provided image in both appearance and arrangement
