PSD Layout conversion to HTML/CSS/JQuery

A website designed in PSD is now ready to be converted to HTML/CSS with JQuery. Photoshop layered files will be provided. Project timeframe for this is only 2 days. Total pages to be converted: 1. Home 2. About 3. Service 4. we will be adding the rest.... Header image needs to be a JQuery image slider. (You can use any free JQuery slider available and no need to build from scratch.) Features for image slider: 1. Simple fade in and out or slide left to right-right to left transition 2. 3-5 images and expandable Top Menu: 1. Needs to be CSS or JQuerry 2. Must be easy to customize/modify 3. Must be multi level drop down capable 4. Must highlight button when on active page (for exapmple: when you are in About Us page... the About Us button is highlighted or indicates active) Attached are the image files for reference of the project... PSD will be provided once bid is finalized.
