Design a Power Amplifier for CMOS Technology

I need a power amplifier designed for a 28nm CMOS technology. Since the maximum power output, frequency range, and target application have not been specified, the freelancer needs to be skilled in various amplifier designs and also have flexibility to adapt the design according to different project requirements. Ideal Skills: - Integrated circuit design - Solid background in CMOS technology - Experience with power amplifiers -Cadence Design Systems Experience with wireless communication, RF signal and audio processing would be a plus.
