I want a new empty dotnet project setup in github that has 2 graphql web api services (more will be added later). Service 1 - ManagementGateway Service 2 - DataplaneGateway Each service should have its own docker container built and published to AWS ECR whenever there's a change to their respective dlls built-in main, such as after a pull request is merged.
