Adjust USB camera properties (e.g.: brightness, hue, gamma, and exposure)

I am seeking guidance on how to adjust USB camera properties including brightness, hue, and gamma programmatically, without requiring user intervention. Currently, I have designed a program that displays the camera stream and controls its properties, but it relies on a property menu(as shown in the images) that requires user input each time the application is launched. To streamline this process, I am seeking to programmatically set the properties as described earlier.
