Pbx / asterisk or equivelent for call recording

We need to record calls in a similar way to - [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] we need a facility as follows. 1. somebody makes a call 2. the call is answered 3. the caller enters a pin 4. the pin does a lookup on a mysql database and gets a phone number 5. the phone number is called 6. the call is recorded 7. the recording is emailed or preferably FTP'ed to another server 8. the database is updated with duration of call and recording name We need a system setup to do this.
