529782 Site Map Creation

I am looking for a site map to be created for my website at www.baskettrading.net. I have seen a couple versions of sitemaps. One that looks terrible because it's just created by pasting the text from a sitemap creator onto a page. While this gets the job done, I'd rather have one that sits between my header and footer on my page and shows a list of my pages represented as hyper links. This page still needs to meet all criteria set forth by [login to view URL] and also needs to be viewable in all browsers. The pages of my site and the order I'd like them in are as follows the url of each page can be found on the site for linking purposes. I'd like this to be organized into two columns. I have put a space where I want the second column to restart: Home What is Basket Trading? Basket Trading Systems Basket Trading Strategies User Guide/Features Contact Us Order Terms and Conditions Site Map If awarded the job, please copy source code from the Sitemap page, create the page in notepad and send it for upload. For any CSS code written, just type that into a seperate email or message and I'll add it to the CSS file. I'd rather not give access to the sites Password data.
