Wordpress / Elementor expert and 2 site joomla to WP migration

We are looking for a web developer and designer to assist us in both migrating 2 existing joomla sites to new WordPress installs which must use Elementor. Neither of these has any form of eCommerce but one does contain files in library which will need to move to WP using the plugin from joomunited. We will also be looking to have the same person/ company to assist with ongoing outsource jobs relating to WordPress as we need them - So on an hourly rate. Any prospective dev must have a portfolio to show previous experience and have a good review history. Communications MUST be a really strong point. Although we are listing as an hourly rate each project will need to have a total budget agreed each time so that we have full charge of our overheads to be passed to our clients. We have projects in the pipeline and its important that the dev has good design skills too following closely behind the skills of WordPress and Elementor and ideally plugins such as Paid Membership Pro, MEC Modern Events Calendar, Woo commerce, WP File Download etc.., All sites are hosted on our own shared and dedicated servers in UK and USA. Details of the 2 mentioned sites at the beginning can be given within chat if we engage conversation. The project is not urgent but would look to agree timescales before engaging. The sites must be built on the development domains (falcon2 and 3) Only when we are 100% happy with the sites then they can be uploaded to their respective correct domains I have already installed WP on both and uploaded some of the plugins needed to handle files and media etc. I have also installed Elementor and Elementor Pro on both. WP file download is essential for the first site as it contains so many downloadable files which are documents and minutes of meetings etc... This is why we need to have you work on the dev domains and not on your server. At some point we need to agree on the appearance of the new sites. Currently is just the default templates on there but they are not good.
