Here is the server requirements & things... I would do (since I have already done) 1. 3 Physical Servers ( 2 of them should have 48 GB of RAM & 4 TB of HDD Space( 4*1) and another one with minimum 24 GB of RAM. 2. 2 servers would host the Hyper-v (one would be free another one would be datacenter Hyper-v to manage all things & backup/replica etc.. 3. another last physical server would be host PfSense. & Symantec SEMS server with a windows terminal server to do the daily/weekly operation.. ) And one more important thing.. You have to buy a ddos protection for your public IP/Name else your competitiors would kill your services for sure.. (I experienced it..) yeah, that would of course cost you a little more - 400+ euro.. I hope, other things can be discussed when you are online.. Hi, I am Janko from Serbia and I used to work for UK-based outsourcing company where we maintained several hundred domain controllers and Exchange servers, and among them several dozen Exchange + BES servers, and I have also set up Exchange + BES via freelancer projects several times, I believe it is still visible in my project history here at Freelancer.com. Exchange is always resource hungry, therefore I would recommend dedicated server for itself, BES and PGP servers can go to VMs each (separate one for both), and depending on the number of users and expected volume of traffic we would discuss specific server specs later on.
