I am a real estate broker looking to market 1 project development of mine. I will be selling pre-construction real estate in Costa Rica. the items i would like to incorporate into the site as well as get any feedback from you as to anything we should add. Most important thing we would like our site to conveys is ...professionalism,cutting edge website(something that will impress the hell out of the visitors before they even evaluate the project), we would like the site to have a very elegant and sophisticated feel to it. It really doesnt have to be totally interactive other than have a Client Contact Information area so we can reach them. Alot of this site will be text. (I would like the option to pdf or html my project trackrecord (12pages)), have subject tabs for "owning CR real estate" "Cr taxes", "financing", "how to get started", a project brochure(we have it in spanish) but will also translate an english version, as well as pictures. Really this site is informational and will not need a shopping cart(maybe in the future). It will be necessary to add a few site updates in the next 1-3 months. these updates will mostly be pictures and maybe some pricing updates
