I am looking for someone to build (or use an existing template) of an online store. We don't need online payment, it will be a pay on delivery type of stores. The website will be mainly viewed via mobile phones so it must be compatible with different mobiles. The store will be selling different items you find in a supermarket and need to be connected to a database that contain all the items we have at warehouse. The website need to be very simple, just a list of categories available on left and when a category is clicked it will show all items in this category in a grid on right. A search option should also be available. The customer must register before being able to use this website to shop. The customer also must be able to choose the language he wants the website to be viewed on, the languages will be English and Arabic (translation can be worked on separately). The project is very flexible.
