Social Media Manager for an Activist Clothing Brand

I’m a student-run Latinx clothing brand looking for someone that wants to be a part of my team. I need a social media manager that will help me create a brand image that meshes with the ideology of Alobebi, and has the ability to remain active across different social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok. Not much experience required, preferably adaptive, creative and must be somewhat fluent in English and in Spanish. As a new student-run organization- there isn’t much I can offer in wage at the moment but as profit grows so does the salary accordingly. I am looking to employ someone on a trial basis to see if they will be a good fit for my team dynamic, this means that you will be working closely with the members of our business and will be in constant communication. If you develop a liking and a passion for our projects and our mission, we will definitely consider to make you a permanent member of our team. Alobebi is a clothing brand designed by Latinx para la comunidad Latinx, we talk about important issues in our designs and clothings such as LGBTQ+ rights, Black Lives Matter and the gender bias in Latin American Art History, just to name a few. We regularly donate a portion of our profits to charities that help combat those issues or related ones. We are based in South Florida and our main target audience are Liberal Latino/as in the US and International, we’re hoping eventually to expand our target markets to the Latin American region.
