Quote for building a raffle website

Looking to have a website to raffle off cars with a skill game / knowledge question included. Features required would be as follows: The website itself: - A home page where we can show off social proof, current competitions, reviews, reasons why customers should choose us, etc. A mailing list signup, facebook, instagram and trustpilot integration too. - A page which shows off previous winners of our competitions, in which we can then create separate pages showing the winning ticket number, what they won, when the prize was drawn, etc, and the runner ups for our cash prize, video integration where we can upload a video which shows the prize draw taking place. - Current competitions page, this is where we will list all of our different competitions that people can enter, they must be able to scroll through a few selected photos of each prize from the competitions overview page, see the price, be able to add their desired number to their cart etc - The actual pages for each competition product, here we must be able to list an accurate description of the vehicle, complete with around 20-30 photos for each vehicle. In order to comply with UK gambling laws, we need to be able to add a customisable knowledge based question here. I.e 'Which ones of these car models is manufactured by Peugeot?' followed by 4/5 different answer boxes. This page must also state how many entries are available for each competition, and a graph/bar to show how many entries have been purchased already must be viewable. We also need to be able to add other sections to the competition page template, for example a section that show our rules, and answers likely questions about the draw, also when the draw is being streamed. Ability to watch the prize draw stream through the website would be good if possible. Being able to add a smartly integrated sound clip of the vehicle would be ideal. - A separate FAQ page - Pages for our legal terms and conditions, cookies & privacy policy, reviews, compliance the with gambling act etc. - Suggestions box on homepage for customers to get in contact about what vehicle we should raffle off next. - 'About us' page where we can give a background on the company and on the people running it For our customers: - View their account info, update billing/shipping address, change password etc - See which competitions they've entered, view their ticket numbers etc. - A checkout system that customers purchase entries through, and receive their receipt and ticket numbers asap, ideally instantly. Must be secure. - Ability to file a support ticket for missing orders, payment issues, etc And for us, the owners: - None of us are web developers. It should be easy enough for us to add new listings with pictures, update prices of competitions, put prize draws on sale, etc. - We will also need a way of accessing a database with all the customer details for each prize draw. For example, if ticket #6243 wins, we need to be able to pull up their details in order to get in contact with them about their prize and arrange collection/delivery.
