Press submit button and generate PDF file(s) on the fly and save into a folder in the server

We have an existing C#/.NET 4.5/MVC 5 application and need to add the following functionality: When the user presses a submit button. It generates a pdf file (or files) on the fly but the pdf is not displayed to the user in a view, instead the PDF file is saved into a folder within the server. The PDF file will be automatically named, we do have a specific naming convention which I will provide to you upon project acceptance, but it is similar to the following. For example, If the logged on business name is Books Inc then the name of the PDF would look like this: "2015 Books Inc Completed" or like "2015 Books Inc Incomplete" ( Year /Business Name/ Completed or Incomplete) We are using .NET framework 4.5 and MVC5. If you know how to do this task let me know how long it would take you and how much you would charge. We need this task done correctly. You must be an excellent communicator, we require status updates every 1 or 2 hours if working during the day. If you need anything from us you will contact us immediately regardless of the time, we will reply within an hour at most. Communicate at all times. All tasks are due by 8:00AM California time (Pacific). You must have a reliable computer and reliable internet access. We will provide you with our source code and with a script of the database being used. (We use MS SQL 2008 for this particular application) We pay promptly for complete work. Good performance means more jobs, late delivery and lack of communication will mean no more work. We pay bonuses when we feel you have gone far and beyond our expectations.
