Medical Office Website Using React/Fuse Template - Phase I

I have a detailed project specification document that describes software to allow a medical office function more efficiently. Step I will be the creation of the UI using the Fuse template: [login to view URL] Additional project information attached. I have this project in React/Node that was done in December. But the code is horrible and those who have seen it have said it's not worth building upon. I can send the code reviews. But basically, standards were not followed, the code does not have comments, the security is terrible, and the APIs are very slow. A few developers told me they could fix it but it would take more time to fix that starting over and even when done they could not guarantee that the code would be sound. So if one can start anew and build with better code in less time then that's the way to go. Thus, I'm looking to use the Fuse template and redo the code. This product will need to be flexible as I want to modify/improve it over time. Quite frankly, I'm tired of being on this site looking for developers and want to just find one long-term partner First we'll work on the charting tool which allows providers to document encounters. It's the heart of the program. It functions "ok" but as you can see from the document it still has many issues. It is the most unique aspect of the project as it is new for developers. The other components--scheduling, task manager, communication, etc--have been done a million times and I'm sure can be completed quickly and easily.
