I am an attorney. I represent debtors by filing lawsuits against their debt collectors who violate the law while attempting to collect their debts. By going on the offensive and suing the debt collectors, I'm often able to get the debtors' debts waived and/or excused. I need a professional, sophisticated landing page that gives debtors confidence that they will be contacting the most knowledgable experts in this area of law: my office. I have provided you the links to their sites only to give you a clearer idea of the services I'm offering. My business card is attached to give you an idea of what I want stylistically from my website; that is, something unexpected, eye-catching and memorable. I also like how [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] tell the stories of the services they offer through a video at the top of the first page. It's crucial to build the visitor's / debtor's trust in my expertise and services. Ideas for achieving that goal are: 1. Have animations or illustrations the user can watch that show the process of how I can help them. For example, an animation may show the debtor calling my office, e-mailing or photo-texting relevant documents to me, me refusing the debtor's offer to hand me cash payment for my services to make the point that my services are free to the debtor, me filing a lawsuit, me settling the case, and me handing the debtor cash that came from the settlement. For example, Venmo gives an animation showing how to use its app. [login to view URL] 2. Make prominent positive client reviews. 3. Highlight the aspects of my background that make me appear more knowledgable and expert than my competitors. 4. Make prominent the fact that my services are free to the debtor, so it's no-risk. Finally, I want to use whatever tools work best for getting the website visitor to contact me and/or to leave enter their contact information while they are still on the site. For example, that might be a live chat assistant. That might be a calendar that allows them to schedule a phone call consultation. Whatever works best, that's what I want.
