We need to create website. We already have domain. It is hosted by Godaddy. Website is only for company presence, image, general description what we do, contact form etc. 6 tabs. Ideally, we would like to make site similar to one we found that we like ([login to view URL]), of course we will change copy and use our logo and colors (it is ready). Must work for computers, tablets, and smart phones. Must be designed/built using tools that once published (on GoDaddy) will not require us to pay monthly fees for using a website builder, of course we are paying hosting fees. Must have bilingual or multilingual capabilities (initially we need 2 languages – we will provide copy for both). Must not require constant frequent updates and twiks. Please submit an offer, and include: cost, time, which platform/tools/apps you will use to build/design it, and examples of completed projects by you projects.
