Create/code Mailchimp RSS Newsletter

Hi, I need someone who has experience with coding a RSS newsletter with Mailchimp, responsible if possible and displayed correctly in all email servers/browsers. I have a blog ([login to view URL]) and the aim of the newletter is to send out an email to subscribers automatically for every blog post. I’d like a very simple layout similar to my own blog layout, with the same header, the same font types etc. You can use the html from my blog if that’s useful (my blog design is perfect), although the newsletter will obviously need to be a lot less wide (currently my blog is around 960 px wide while the Mailchimp newsletter would need to be around 580px). I’ve attached a Word document where I describe in detail how exactly I would like the RSS newsletter to look like. Please have a look at that to see if you can achieve that. I also attach an example of a newsletter that I got my ideas from (the pdf doesn't display it very well though, please send me your email address if you want to have a closer look, then I'll forward it to you by email). . . I'd prefer someone who has experience with webdesign and/or RSS feeds as well (not just with MailChimp) as that might be required to get the desired layout, in the same font type as used for my blog (when I just add the merge tags on a Mailchimp template, it doesn't display in the correct font type and you need to fix that).
