Build a Simple, Clean HTML & CSS Only Website

I'm looking for someone to develop a web site design similar to (but importantly not just a copy) of the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Important aspects to take note of: 1. Clean and simple 2. Static menu bar at the top 3. Responsive 4. Just need the static HTML, CSS, JS and images. No integration is needed from your side 5. No actual content is needed. This will be populated from my side afterwards. So just sample text/images to ensure the layout is working correctly Pages required: 1. Home page to include list of Gift Cards with a category filter on the left (Gift Cards will be represented by Logo images). The category filter is just a list of links (unordered list. No child items) 2. Product page (logo of product, radio choice of denominations [normally 3], Buy/Gift buttons, short product description [not all products will have description], and terms and conditions) 3. Sign-up/Login page (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password for registration. Email and password for login. Both options on the same page) 4. Payment Method/Checkout page (confirmation of product being purchased, price, and then a list of payment options with a Checkout button. option to Gift item [name, email, short message]) 5. Payment confirmation page to either show payment succeeded or failed. Short message. 6. Customer Orders page (list of orders. date / order # / product) 7. Customer Order page (details about order including date, order #, product and gift card code) 8. Contact Us page (name, email, telephone and message) 9. About Us (just some text about the company) 10. FAQ (questions and answers) Important Notes: 1. No JavaScript may be used (may be considered only for the Mobile menu). This is to ensure it's lightweight 2. No big CSS libraries 3. Both CSS and HTML must validate using W3C Validators 4. Cross-browser Support: IE 9+, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Opera 9+ and Chrome 5. Importance of responsiveness, as design will be used in mobile app 6. A color scheme hasn't been decided, but it will likely be basic white, grey and then a main primary color (perhaps a shade of blue or orange. used in header, buttons and links). It would be best if the primary color can easily be changed in CSS. I can also provide mockup wireframes to help with layout, but really the Paypal-gifts site is almost exactly what I'm looking for.
