Build marketplace like Airbnb but for activities

Build a web marketplace like Airbnb but for activities/hobbies. Summary: -There are two types of users: Customers: People looking for activities. Businesses: Businesses listing activities for clients to book. -Home page: Should contain a horizontal search bar at the top with the following items from left to right order: 1. Activity: Free form text for users to search for activities. 2. Location: Autofill location searcher integrated with Google geolocation API. 3. Date: Calendar form. 4. People: -+ button starting from 1. Also contain: business sign up and customer sign up buttons. -Search result / listing page: Page list with the results from the search bar. Half the page should be covered by the list and the other half with a map with the activities pinned (like airbnb). Each result must show a title, small description, user rating, price and square image with arrows to change image. -Activity page: Contains big images at the top uploaded by the business. Title Description Customer ratings and comments section Map with location activity pinned Business profile listing this activity Booking menu to purchase the activity + options. -User page: Profile data (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, phone number, email) Reservation list (past and future) Reviews made and pending reviews Payment method -Business page: Profile data (business name, location, category, phone number, website, email) Description Ratings and comments received Activities listed (Can be multiple per every location/business) Business management page (Earnings, Reservations, Create activity) Backend: Data must be able to be downloaded as csv, also be able to import businesses and activities by csv. Marketplace must be integrated with the necessary APIs such as Google, Stripe, etc and be able to be hosted on cloud service such as AWS. Business model: (1) Commission per every transaction/activity booking and (2) Premium membership payed monthly/annually by customers that gives them a X discount percentage. User experience examples: 1) I am from Spain traveling to New York and want to look for and book a tennis court for 1h to play tennis with my son. 2) I am looking for renting a kayak in my city. 3). I am looking for skydiving activities in my city. 4). I want 1 day gym pass while traveling. Price and due date is negotiable. Will tip significantly if the result is good. The design should be beautiful, simple and customer/business friendly (like Airbnb).
