Continue with the present set up but provide integrations to backend Dynamics ERP, Office applications, promotions and campaigns and loyalty program applications. b. Continue with the current set up but move to Magenta or something else for ecommerce and provide integrations to backed Dynamics ERP, promotions and campaigns and loyalty program applications c. Move away from Godaddy to another platform with a new ecommerce platform plus provide integrations to backed Dynamics ERP, promotions and campaigns and loyalty program applications d. Build a fresh website on Drupal or using Node Js etc, port it on AWS/ Azure and provide integrations to backed Dynamics ERP, promotions and campaigns and loyalty program applications, plus live streaming, integrations to a 3D vision of the store, Chat Bot enabled, product recommendations, surveys, integrations to Whatsapp/ Insta and FB Messenger catalog. B) Build an App for Swiss Arabian which has the following features. We prefer native iOS and Android Apps. Phase 1: 1) Basic User login using email or Social media (Facebook, Gmail, Twitter etc) 2) Browse Catalog and the ecommerce process 3) Ability to push campaigns, promotions and loyalty programs Phase 2: 1) Backend integrations with ERP, Delivery Engines by major players like FedEx, UPS etc. 2) Chat Bot Enabled 3) Richer content like videos, blogs, feedback mechanisms for products, product recommendations, surveys, live streaming capabilities etc 4) QR code scanning and auto check out process C) Product Catalog, Selling , check out, promotions on Whatsapp/ FB Messenger and Instagram D) Social Media Listening tools deployment , analysis of data, feedback mechanism E) Content improvement and management (CMS tool deployment) on the website and app.
