Integrate Buddypress on Wordpress Theme (valid xhtml css)

I need the default Buddypress theme to be integrated with a Wordpress theme. You can find the Wordpress theme on [login to view URL] and the default theme on [login to view URL] I want exactly the same design as the default theme, only 970px width and the header and footer from the current WP theme. See the raw design in the screenshot attached and you will get what I mean. Also all the javascript, ajax and other functions need to be working as in the default BP theme. After the merge of the two themes, all the code needs to be cleaned up and the design should work on different browsers (valid xhtml / css). Hope to hear from you guys, my budget is about 150 dollar.
