Video Editing for Website Slideshow

I am creating a video slideshow for my website using Revolution Slider for Wordpress. My current slideshow image dimensions are approx 960x425px. The slider is responsive and stretches to the width of the screen. Currently I have images in the slideshow, but would like to incorporate a couple videos: These are the videos (one for each slide) [login to view URL] [login to view URL]:5 [login to view URL]:4 I would also like have a couple images enter on right of screen and scroll left as an overlay on each of the videos above. Something similar (but not exact) to this: [login to view URL] I am not a video editor and need help optimizing and resizing this video to fit and work within the current specs of my slideshow. You may need to be familiar with Wordpress and Revolution slider to help me out. The video needs to be optimized to load fast on web. I will have to provide the images that will pan from right to left. There will be approx 4-6 images for each slide/video.
