**Requirements** AZA Beauty requires the design and development of a new lifestyle Ecommerce website that will retail beauty products with a unique tailored product suggestion feature. **Website objectives ** ? To attract new business through striking fresh design. ? To provide educational materials for clients, both written and in video format. ? To provide a comprehensive, professional product catalogue. ? Be scalable for future expansion of product range/additional features. **Website features** ? Image led design ? Back office database ? Customer reporting ? Client accounts ? Content management ? Merchant facility & payment processing ? On product social sharing ? Google analytics integration This job is for the design only. Bidders should be able to create a project with which a programmer can create the website as detailed above without external help. Only bid if you can create a fresh, striking and very high quality design. ## Deliverables **Website Design** Due to the range and volume of products, I need a lifestyle ecommerce website which is led by imagery, tutorials and general information. Products will be easily accessed, but not in-your-face. Purchasers from the website are likely to appreciate beauty tips and help with choosing a product, which shall be achieved through extensive descriptions, AZA You! feature, as well as tutorials. Home page shall feature fade in/fade out centrepiece images - that will allow me to convey multiple messages on the initial screen. Preliminary design ideas will be sent to the winning bidder, the website design will need to be based around these ideas. **Structure** The main site structure would be category (Skin/Hair/Bath Oils) / sub-category (e.g. shampoos/conditioners/masks) / product (shampoo A) to enable effective management of product volumes. Alongside the main categories, there shall also be 2 dynamic pages (Home, Blog (Aza News)) 1 content managed page for the Tutorials and Contact Us page with contact form, and a further page for Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy (it is required by Google that you notify clients that you are using cookies). Once the product is accessed, a gallery of images, specifications and features (located within tabs) would provide the content to inform the buying decision. It would also show similar products. **E-Commerce Features:** A standard merchant integration with fully secure basket process will enable users to purchase. **Thawte **Customers' details will be protected by Thawte secure certificate, which will encrypt all data entered during checkout. An additional option would be client account access, enabling users to register for an account based on an incentive, but would allow future loyalty, data retention, re-orders to occur and be managed effectively in the back office. **Secure Trading **Payments will be taken via Secure Trading card payment facility, meaning the actual payment happens off-site meaning I am not responsible for any eventualities, as well as allowing for monies to be credited directly to your bank account. **Social Sharing** All products will feature social sharing to enable customer recommendation. I also like the inclusion of a customer review system. **AZA Tutorials ** To provision for both text and video tutorials I would like a dynamic page. The Tutorial gallery would be broken into segments and display in a grid format; when an item is clicked on it would pop open in a light box. Audio/video will be stored on a third party website, eg YouTube/Vimeo. **Contact Page** Contact page will include my details, as well as a contact form with email forwarding. The form will have email and telephone number validation. **Content Management System (CMS) - Ascensor Liquid****?** Full CMS should be provided for all product management and promotional features, standard page content and website category management. Attributes can be created and commanded to enable on-product options. Product associations can be created to enable related items to display; this can be ignored to allow automatic selection from within category. There will be an initial 100 product database limit but this does not limit the volume of SKUs, all managed through the attribute specification in the content management. **Administration Area:** The administration area will feature a single access log-in with access log files. Additional hierarchical features can be added as the business grows. The administration area will provide access into the CMS as well as dispatch management and customer reporting. **Dispatch Manager** Once an order is received it will feature within the dispatch management panel, which will allow for printing of dispatch notes and courier management with tracking. I will need to be provided with various customer / sale reports within the administration area. **Postage Manager** I will need to charge postage by basket weight, therefore I will need a Postage Manager, which will handle this task, as well as allow me to select locations I post to. This specific Postage Manager will allow me to set up free postage threshold (say, items under 100 grams in weight), lower rate postage threshold (i.e. anything under 500 grams), and anything above the said 500 grams will be charged at the higher rate. It is possible that as my business grows, I will require multiple. **Client Account Management **panel will allow for client accounts creation and log-in, password reminders, email confirmation, management of multiple billing and delivery addresses, providing purchase history and access logs. The control panel will provide me with full access to all modules and features to allow effective management of my website, management of my customers and orders and full management information, all within a secure environment.
