477026 Research needed -need advice on videos & hosting

Hi - I need advice on video filming/video hosting. I am not tech savvy. I need the information quickly. Please submit bid with your qualifications. I need the research by Tuesday. Background: I am looking into launching a website that will offer private video content. I will upload 3 videos a week, typically 15 minutes long of high quality resolution (similar quality to [login to view URL]). By the end of Year 1, I expect to have 150 archived videos on the website. I want my website to be the gateway to the videos - the videos will not be uploaded on Youtube or elsewhere. I may eventually charge viewers to watch the videos. What I need from you is advice: 1) How should my videos best be filmed/uploaded in terms of size/format? (remember, I am not tech savvy.) 2) What are my options for cheap and effective hosting solutions? Out-of the box suggestions are welcome. 3) And what would my costs of under various viewership assumptions? Bottom line: I don't know if this website will succeed but what I do want to know is: if the website becomes successful, what will hosting my videos cost?
