Photo Sharing and Printing site needed

We are looking to create a site similar to [login to view URL] in terms of function and design. Site must have all features as any of the top photo sharing sites do. Will need to integrate with xml to our supplier for printing and gifts. Site will include uploading photos into galleries, sharing photos and albums, printing, ordering prints and gifts by credit card, etc. We have merchant account and shopping cart ready.
