Simple homepage and subpage design (LE)

I need a homepage, subpage, and external stylesheet designed for a basic website. The layout can be simple but modern. 1. OVERVIEW OF WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS - Must be built using HTML. - Must have cross-browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari, Opera). - Must validate to W3C specifications. 2. LAYOUT AND STYLES - Header: Area for logo or page title (put in placeholder image or text) - Navigation: Design a horizontal navigation, with 5 placeholder items, with the first one linking to the homepage, the second linking to the subpage design. - Content area: Use Lorem Ipsum ([login to view URL]) as placeholder copy. - Create external style sheet styles for: h1, h2, h3, p, a (including :hover, :visited pseudo classes), ul, ol, li, tables (including th, td). - Footer (list same placeholder items from the navigation here, but in the footer styles you create) - Use consistent font-family, color scheme, etc. throughout the homepage and subpage design. 3. Additional requirements - Deadline: 2 business days from acceptance date. - I will set up payment in escrow when you accept the job. - You will provide us with source files for review. - I will review the source files: - If they need to be adjusted, I will send edits. - If they are working properly, I will release payment.
