Extract hyperlinks from tables in PPT and provide final, editable Excel file

I have a Powerpoint file with tables placed with catalog numbers that have embedded URLs. I would like those URLs extracted and put into a corresponding cell that can be copied and pasted into a project we're working on. So for example, the first row of this table would look like this sample file attached. Sometimes the 6-digit catalog number follows the product name, sometimes it precedes. I don't care which, as long as it is consistent throughout the final Excel file. I do not need the headers and titles of the PPT pages. ONLY the rows o f cat no's and products/urls.
